However, delivery times can be unpredictable, and we have observed cases where packages were delivered to the USA within 5 days, while others took up to 30 days. Unfortunately, the delivery time can be quite random, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as it is beyond our control.
Our shipping services cover all destinations worldwide! We offer free shipping, while the cost of “DHL” delivery is $4.18 per carton.
We do provide discounts for bulk orders, but please note that selling tax-free cigarettes within the local area may be illegal. However, sharing them with friends and family is perfectly acceptable.
In short, you do not have to pay excise duty, but it depends on the country you are ordering from. For instance, countries such as the USA, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and France have not required any tax payment from our customers over the past six years, even when customs officers manually inspected the parcel contents. However, some countries like the UK, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand may impose excise duty. Nevertheless, based on our experience, this occurs in less than 10% of cases. It is impractical to scan and verify every incoming parcel due to the high mail volume, so only a few are thoroughly inspected. Interestingly, in countries like Australia and New Zealand, the funds paid to us are used to pay the excise duty, should it be applied.
The packaging consists of a tidy, white, padded cardboard parcel that resembles a packaged book. There is no mention of tobacco on the exterior of the package, ensuring its discreetness.
There is a common misunderstanding that buying cigarettes online and receiving them by mail is illegal, but in fact, it is perfectly legal. If you have any doubts, we encourage you to conduct your own research on this matter. If you come across any laws that prohibit purchasing cigarettes online, please do not hesitate to inform us.
We understand that our competitive prices might raise questions regarding the authenticity of our products. However, we can assure you that all the cigarettes we sell on our website are 100% original and sealed, manufactured by their respective trademark owners in their own European factories. Depending on the brand, the cigarettes are produced in Ukraine, Greece, Portugal, Moldova, or Georgia. We purchase them directly from the major wholesalers, thereby eliminating middlemen. Additionally, we pay all the required duty excise taxes locally, and the packs have genuine excise stamps, which can be verified. Please note that the warning messages on the packs may differ from those presented and will likely be in Romanian, Ukrainian, or Georgian language.
Certainly, there are no legal restrictions against buying tobacco products online.
Typically, our packages do not require a signature for delivery, but this ultimately depends on the policies of your local post office. In the event that you are not present at the time of delivery and the package cannot be accommodated through the parcel chute, a valid ID will be required for you to collect it from your local post office. Therefore, we advise against using fictitious names when placing an order.
We do not recommend using a fake name for the delivery of your order. In such cases, you will not be able to retrieve your package from the post office with your ID, and as a result, the shipment may be lost.
