Express Priority Mail and Registered Airmail are available as shipping methods.
Orders shipped from outside the United States are sent via Registered/Express Mail, therefore when the package is delivered during business hours, a signature is needed.

International DHL Express Delivery Time: 6 to 9 business days following the date of shipping (excludes weekends and public holidays).

RECORDED MAIL:

If your order takes longer than you anticipated or seems to have disappeared, don’t freak out.

In exceptionally rare situations, the delivery of your packages can be postponed for a few days.
If you think your packaging has been lost because the tracking information hasn’t been updated in a while, let us know and we’ll ask the postal service to look into it (this could take up to two weeks).
