If something goes wrong for any reason, please get in touch with us, and we’ll do everything we can to fix it as quickly and expertly as we can.You will be sent the product’s tracking number(s) after it has been dispatched (approximately two business days). If you only have one tracking number, have received part of your purchase but not the rest, and would want a comprehensive list of your tracking numbers, e-mail us at [email protected]. Be sure to check the spam folder for any responses.

Shipping Specifics

Express Priority Mail and Registered Airmail are available as shipping methods.

  • Orders shipped from outside the United States are sent via Registered/Express Mail, therefore when the package is delivered during business hours, a signature is needed.

    • Prices and delivery dates

  • International DHL Express Delivery Time: 6 to 9 business days following the date of shipping (excludes weekends and public holidays).

  • Shipping costs are $16.99 per carton.

    • AVAILABLE MAIL:

  • 9 to 14 working days after the date of shipment are required for delivery (excludes weekends and public holidays).

  • Cost of shipping each carton: $7.99

    • RECORDED MAIL:
  • Delivery is made 16 to 24 working days after shipping (excludes weekends and public holidays).

    • Free delivery is offered.

  • If your order takes longer than you anticipated or seems to have disappeared, don’t freak out. Contact our team as soon as possible so that we can resolve your problem. In exceptionally rare situations, the delivery of your packages can be postponed for a few days.

  • If you think your packaging has been lost because the tracking information hasn’t been updated in a while, let us know and we’ll ask the postal service to look into it (this could take up to two weeks).

    • We can reship your order if it has been returned to us or was genuinely lost due to the nature of the online tobacco market.

  • If your order was lost in route or sent back to the sender and you no longer want to receive it, you can request a refund and we’ll provide it to you within three days.

  • ADDITIONAL SHIPMENT INFORMATION Every item is SECRETLY shipped in a plain box that conceals its contents.

  • All delivery addresses will have a copy of the client’s input. If the carrier or post is unable to deliver owing to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge an extra shipping price when reshipping.

  • One or two deliveries may be made by the postal service, at its discretion. If no one is available to receive it, the package may decide not to be left at the designated address and instead be held for pickup at your local post office or returned to the sender.

  • Please receive further information by getting in touch with your local post office if your parcel is not delivered to the provided address.

    • APO/FPO addresses are not where we ship.
